Refund & Returns Policy

If something isn't quite right, we'll make it right. Here's how returns and refunds work.

Eligibility

Unused pieces in original condition, with tags and packaging intact, can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene and craft reasons, hand-embroidered and made-to-order pieces may be eligible for exchange only.

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order details and reason. We'll guide you through pickup or drop-off.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
